Minitations

Use these one minute Minitations and work with the stillness in between sounds. It is referred to as emptiness but is actually a pure place where all potential exists!  You can reprogram, de-stress, positively change. Allow your mind to just be, in the calm, in a state of openness. Practice what it feels like to be there. Practice following the sound until you can’t hear or perceive it anymore.  Listen beyond the sound to where its origin was. Listen to your mind and imagine where its origin was.  Your mind and the stillness of the sound are in perfect harmony.  Be calm and comfortable in this stillness!  Zen on the Go!
