Here are details of selected mindfulness practices from our workshop. Please try these out and share what was most effective, or where you have further questions. We will continue to add to these pages and use as a forum for follow up! The same slides for your own experience and practice can be used for Upper Division. The Middle Division and Lower Division slides are edited as direct age appropriate entry points for these same practices. This will help integrate Mindfulness into your core teaching curriculum. Pick one practice you resonate with, start with the most simple element. Always return to the breath!
